Max International Cofounder & CEO Riding Cross-Country for a Good Cause

Salt Lake City, UT, July 16, 2010 - Greg Fullerton, who helped co-found Franklin Quest in the 1980s and Max International® in 2007, and Peter Nordberg, chief executive officer at Max International, are riding their Harleys across America to raise money for Prevent Child Abuse Utah.

Beginning in Pleasanton, Calif., on July 27 and concluding in Virginia Beach, Va., on August 13, the duo will log some 3,700 miles through the southern United States, making numerous stops along the way. Fullerton and Nordberg hope to raise at least $100,000 for PCAU, and every $25 donation to the non-profit gives the donor a chance to win a drawing for a 2010 Harley-Davidson Ultra Classic Electra Glide valued at $36,000.

"We are deeply honored to partner with Prevent Child Abuse Utah on this tour and to raise money in support of their work," said Fullerton. "Nothing is more important to me than the wellbeing of children. For 26 years, PCAU has made a significant difference for children, helping them be free of fear."

"Greg always has dramatic ideas and this is one that, as bold as it sounded, made so much sense," Nordberg said. "Our initial idea was to cross the country and meet with our independent distributor force, but the idea of tying it to Prevent Child Abuse Utah made it real, made it more meaningful. I'm confident we'll hit our target. We hope people all along our route will take time to see us."
